Returns & Exchanges

Used candles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

On the rare occasion you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us a photo at contact@jojacandles.com within 3 days of arrival and we'll send you a replacement of your desired candle! 

If you aren't in love with the scent upon opening the jar, you may exchange your unused candle for another of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.
